"Made A Lady Think I Was God" - Season 2

Joy has to drive to Henderson to apologize to her old trailer park manager, Millie Banks, so she'll drop the restraining order she has against Joy. Joy's attorney thinks it will look good in court. Earl remembers the horrible thing he did to Millie while he was married to Joy.

Earl remembers when he discovered that his walkie talkie was being picked up by Millie's hearing aid. So, he, Randy, and Joy decide to play a trick on her and pretend they were God talking to Millie and she fell for it. She did everything that Earl told her to do through the walkie talkie, including ripping up citations and giving away valuables.

Earl finds Millie working in a convent and tells her about his cruel trick and she's furious. She goes back to managing the trailer park and becomes a bigger pain for Joy and Darnell. She has Darnell get rid of his turtle and she refuses to drop the restraining order she has on Joy.

Earl tries to find a way to be in good graces with Millie. Catalina comes up with the idea of trying to get Millie to go back to the convent. She points out that Millie seemed her happiest when she was a nun. Joy actually agrees with Catalina's opinion. Meanwhile, Randy is excited that Darnell let him be a foster parent to Mr. Turtle.

Earl wants to give Millie a sign to go back to being a nun. He breaks into her trailer and places a grilled cheese sandwich with the image of Jesus on her counter. She catches him in her kitchen and begins to pelt him with rocks from her slingshot.

Before she can do anymore damage, Earl tries talking some sense into Millie. He explains to Millie that she has become miserable and cranky since leaving the convent and she should go back to being a happy nun. She considers Earl her sign to go back to being a nun and even drops the restraining order against Joy.

"Van Hickey" - Season 2

Earl is at an elderly recreational center to take pictures of Joy doing good deeds and volunteering her time. Earl hears his name being called out and it's Tom Sparks. Number 50 on Earl's list - Fired lead singer from his band.

Earl remembers first hiring Tom to be lead singer of his, Randy, and Ralph's band, "Phish Tahko." The problem was, the guys thought Tom was too old and he scared all the hot chicks away, so they fired him. Well, now Earl felt he had to make Tom feel like a rock star again.

Phish Tahko gets ready to make their comeback. Tom points out #52 on Earl's list - Slept with Ralph's mom. Ralph can't believe it. Earl remembers hooking up with her after one of their rock star parties at Ralph's house.

Ralph tells Earl that he's going to murder him for sleeping with his mom. After Ralph's mom offers no help, Earl decides to leave town. He stops by his parents house to say goodbye and finds Ralph there. Ralph says he's going to even the score and sleep with Earl's mom.

Earl has to marry Ralph's mom so that Ralph will forgive him and not kill him. Earl realizes that being married to Ralph's mom is kind of nice. He feels like he's part of a family again. The only problem is he will eventually have to consummate the relationship, which so far he has been avoiding.

Ralph tells Earl that if he doesn't consummate the marriage, he'll kill him. Earl promises that after their Phish Tahko concert, he will do the deed. He decides he needs to get liquored up at the bar first. But he passes out, so Ralph's mom goes home with Tom. Tom makes Ralph's mom happy and that makes Ralph happy.

"Larceny of a Kitty Cat" - Season 2

Randy and Earl are walking through a parking lot and a black cat crosses their path. This makes Earl remember the time he kidnapped a cat from a cat show so Joy's cat could win the competition. Now, Earl feels he has to track down Sebastion, the cat he kidnapped, and give it back to his rightful owner.

Earl breaks into the sleeping cat lady's house to rescue Sebastian. But, now there is a bigger problem, Randy has developed a crush on Sebastian's owner, Judy. Earl worries because every time he developes a crush, he pretends to be something he isn't.

Earl's fears come true - Randy pretends to like cats so he can get closer to Judy. The truth is that Randy is allergic to cats and they make his face blow up. Randy refuses to listen to Earl's advice about revealing his true self to Judy. He also tells Randy that if Randy gets his heart broken, Earl won't pick up the pieces.

Randy and Judy continue their relationship and leave it up to Earl to find a home for Sebastian. Darnell thinks that Earl should put Sebastian on his list because Sebastian used to be a show cat and now he's just a fat cat who Earl's trying to get rid of.

Earl brings Sebastian to the cat show determined to win his career back. Randy and Judy are in the audience. After Judy buys him a collar, it becomes clear to Randy that she's beginning to treat him like a cat. Randy has replaced Sebastian in Judy's life, so Randy has to break up with Judy.

Earl gets second place with Sebastian in the cat show. Judy takes Sebastian back and vows to finish what Earl started. She's impressed that Earl's exercise routine on Sebastian has been working. Earl also assures Randy that he's going to find a girl who loves him for him.

"Sticks and Stones" - Season 2

Earl was helping Catalina wax a co-worker's mustache and it took him back to number 92 on his list - "Made Fun of Maggie Lester." Earl remembers when he was in junior high school and he made fun of the new girl for having a mustache. He called her Maggie P.I. in front of everybody in his class.

Earl finds Maggie in the phone book and pays her a visit. He tells her about his list and explains that she's on it. He also finds out that Maggie has become successful while working for a traveling circus. She explains to Earl that he doesn't need to do anything more because she had forgiven him so he's allowed to cross her off his list.

Randy and Earl discover that Maggie lives in a freak town where all the carnie folk live when it's not carnival season. They learn about all types of different people. Earl and Randy hang out with a boy that has lobster hands, a dwarf, and a man with a horn in his head. The tallest man of the freak show taught the two guys about the stock market.

Joy and Darnell meet with Joy's court-appointed lawyer, who happens to be a deaf woman and Joy is not comfortable with Ruby Whitlow representing her. Ruby threatens to leave Joy and have her represent her own case, which Joy thinks is a great idea.

While hanging out with the freak show, Earl is reminded of the time when he was younger and was forced to take off his shirt at the pool and the kids made fun of his hairy nipples. He decides to confront the swim coach who made him take off his shirt.

Joy goes back to Ruby to ask her take the case and apologizes for being so insensitive before. Joy also informs Ruby that she's going to start giving her the utmost respect. But when Ruby starts to talk, Joy busts up laughing and once again Joy almost looses her lawyer.

Earl wants to show that he isn't ashamed of his hairy nipples, so he decides to go back to the swimming pool and jump off the diving board with his shirt off. He almost chickens out, but his freak-show friends show up to give him support. Earl feels better and he jumps off the diving board.

"Jump for Joy" - Season 2

Joy was facing a tough sentence for stealing the Bargain Bag delivery truck. It turns out that this was her third strike with the law, so her bail was set at one million dollars. Earl felt helpless because he didn't have that kind of cash. But, he thought of the richest man in Camden County, Richard Chubby.

Earl and Randy approached Chubby wanting money for Joy's bail. He said he would loan them the money under one condition: they help get the best dancer at his strip club back on the job. That dancer was Catalina. Randy and Earl tried to come up with a way to get Catalina to return to dancing.

Catalina had left her dancing career behind because an old man died of a heart attack while watching her perform. All she wanted was closure and to pay the man's son a visit at the small business he owned. Turns out the people who worked for the old man, Mr. Tucker, called him El Diablo. They all thought Catalina was a saint for killing him.

Randy helped get Catalina ready for her big comeback at Chubby's strip club by stretching her legs and making sure she was flexible. Meanwhile, Earl confirmed that Chubby wouldn't tell Catalina she was stripping to bail Joy out of jail. It was too late, though, because Catalina found out through Darnell that she was inadvertently helping to get Joy out of jail.

Earl tried to persuade Joy to be kind to Catalina in order to get her to dance again. The two began the conversation in prison on friendly terms, but it quickly turned ugly. After a few choice insults, Catalina stormed out of the jail. Joy decided she could strip for her own bail money.

Chubby agreed to let Joy dance for him, thinking she would bring money into the club. The only problem was that Joy drank too much tequila beforehand and threw up on the front row of the audience. Chubby fired her on the spot.

Earl passed out at the bar and when he awoke, Catalina was being cheered on stage for her dancing. He later asked Catalina why she decided to dance for Joy. Catalina said she did it for Earl because he cared so much about helping a friend and that made her want to help, as well. Joy made bail and Earl realized what a good friend Catalina was to him.

"Very Bad Things" - Season 2

Earl was enjoying watching Joy and Darnell have one of their arguments when all of sudden, he was reminded of No. 183 on this list - "Never took Joy's side." He remembers back when they were married that he'd never taken Joy's side in any argument or fight she got into.

Joy had bought an entertainment center, but had to return it when it didn't fit inside the trailer. The Bargain Bag refused to take it back, so she decided to get even. She stole The Bargain Bag storage truck and decided to sell it for the amount of money she'd lost. When the plan goes awry, she blames Earl for screwing things up. So, now she wants Earl to help her sell the stolen truck.

Earl and Joy decide to check out the contents inside The Bargain Bag truck and discover a delivery driver locked inside! Earl comes up with the idea of releasing the truck driver blindfolded, but that quickly turns sour when the man runs into a tree and knocks himself out. Earl wants to do the right thing and drop the guy off at the hospital.

When the delivery truck runs out of gas, Earl walks to the gas station to get more. When he returns, Randy is waiting. They find Joy chasing the delivery driver, who is now awake. While Earl and Joy gas up the truck, Randy puts the driver back in the cab. But the driver steals the truck and drives away. Randy, Joy, and Earl jump into Joy's car and take off in hot pursuit.

Earl thought he was doing Joy a favor by stopping the car so she'd have to stop chasing the delivery truck. He was afraid that the cops would catch them if she hunted the deliveryman down. Earl's plan didn't really work. The deliveryman identified Joy anyway and she was sent to prison and charged with grand theft auto, kidnapping, and assault.

"Number One" - Season 1

"BB" - Season 1

Earl goes down to the courthouse to pay some tickets and meets Gwen Waters, a woman he shot with a BB when he was young (#147).

"Stole a Badge" - Season 1

Earl tackles #127, "Stole a Badge from a police officer". Earl tries to make up for stealing a police badge, and finds that the officer got demoted because of him. Earl now has to make it up to the officer by getting him promoted.

"Bounty Hunter" - Season 1

Earl recounts his life prior to marrying Joy, and introduces Jesse, a clerk at a Bounty Hunter company, who he dated right before getting married to Joy. After Jesse found out that Earl had married Joy, Joy knocked out her two front teeth. Now that Joy has a bounty on her head, Jesse is out for revenge.

"Boogeyman" - Season 1

Earl and the gang tried to rob a house, but the owners returned. Earl ends up stuck hiding in a kid's bedroom under the bed. When he tried to sneak out the kid mistook him for the boogeyman and has since been afraid of the dark. Earl tries to make up for this mistake, #239 "Made a kid afraid of the Boogeyman", and ends up with more than he bargained for.

"Y2K" - Season 1

Earl goes to make up for #24, and recounts how the gang met during Y2K.

"Dad's Car" - Season 1

Made up for #266,"Never gave Mum a good mothers day." and #108,"Lost Dads Mustang." It's Mother's day and Earl decides to make up for all of the horrible mother's days he's given his mom. So Earl & Randy help her have a perfect mother's day but when they watch some old home videos, his Dad sees the old Mustang that Earl lost and Earl decides to make up for it.

"Didn't Pay Taxes" - Season 1

Earl finds a check from an old odd job he did and feels he cheated the government because he didn't pay taxes. When he finds out the government doesn't want his money, he tries to find unorthodox ways of repaying his debt.

"The Professor" - Season 1

While Earl and Randy are trying to return a laptop they stole, they accidentally knock over a bus stop sign. Earl promises to fix the sign, but gets sidetracked by the laptop's owner, the beautiful college professor Alex Meyers. Alex takes an interest in Earl and his List, and they begin dating. Earl soon notices that he is the target of bad accidents and random acts of violence, and remembers that he hasn't fixed the bus stop sign yet, and Karma is punishing him. Meanwhile, Randy has taken an interest in college life.

"Something to Live For" - Season 1

Earl's having car trouble, and sees it as a sign to make up for "Sucked gas out of a hose." When he finds the man he stole all the gas from, he finds out that he is suicidal. Earl can't just leave him, so he makes it his duty to give him a reason to live.

"Monkeys in Space" - Season 1

Earl needs to make up for #18 "Told an inappropriate story at Hank Lange's birthday party" before Hank gets shipped off to the State Penitentiary. Meanwhile, Randy looks for a job.

"Stole P's HD Cart" - Season 1

Made up for #159,"Stole P's HD Cart." After Earl returns a hot-dog cart that he and Ralph stole, his efforts are undone when Ralph, working for the competition, sets fire to the cart. Earl sets off to get the money to replace the cart from the competition, but that's harder than it sounds.

"O Karma, Where Art Thou?" - Season 1

Made up for #202,"Stole a wallet from a guy at the gas station." Earl gives back a wallet he stole, along with the $1000 that was in it. Earl finds out that the guy was going to use the money for his honeymoon, and now that he has the money, his wife wants to go on a real honeymoon. However, the guy can't get time off from work, so Earl volunteers to fill in for him at the fast-food restaurant he works at. However, the boss is a mean guy who is constantly stealing things from work. Earl has to keep his cool, or else end up getting the guy he's replacing fired.

"Barn Burner" - Season 1

Earl goes back to the Camp for Troubled Boys to make up for #164 "Burned down a barn at camp" that got him and his relatives banned from the camp, so that Joy's kids can go. After building an Ostrich pen to make up for it, Earl finds out that Randy burnt down the barn. This means that Randy is responsible for all of Earl's bad doings after that point, which is about 200 things.
